HKIIF seeks to broaden and deepen understanding of key global finance and economic policy challenges,and to advance an informed East-West dialogue via the following principal activities.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING

We inform, educate and engage market practitioners and policymakers, including leaders of tomorrow. We aim to develop initiatives to influence the intellectual formation of tomorrow's leaders by collaborating with institutes of higher learning.  Through mentorship and critical discourse, we also aim to prepare and support future CEOs, financiers, entrepreneurs and policymakers to become engaged participants in intelligent debate over the future of the global economy and the international financial system.

HKIIF INSIGHTS

We aim to publish an influential flagship journal to disseminate new thinking to our stakeholders.

EVENTS

We host local and international experts, leaders and policy advisers, other research institutions, the media and individuals interested in international finance and economic policy to discuss ideas in an informal and stimulating environment.

KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE

We aim to offer opportunities for sharing and exchanging research insights and, practical experiences through publications, events and learning activities across a wide range of subjects and themes on international finance and economic policy issues. We will collaborate with policymakers, financial regulators, international financial institutions, long-term investors, scholars as well as civil society organizations across the world to find creative solutions to some of the most complex and urgent economic and finance challenges of today.
