Dr. ZHAI Pu (Philip) has over 15 years of experience of corporate development and investment banking in the Greater China market. Currently, Dr. Zhai is the Chief Executive Officer of China Alpha Fund Management (HK) Limited.

Prior to China Alpha, Dr. Zhai was the Managing Director of JP Morgan since 2009 and Macquarie Capital since 2007 successively, responsible for the business in the Greater China region, serving red chip companies and fast growing enterprises in their corporate finance business and M&A consultancy services.

Dr. Zhai obtained his Bachelor's degree in Material Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University of China and his Doctoral degree from Cambridge University in the UK.
